Téréli Exhibition November 23rd - 24th 2007

The Exhibition took place in Salem United Reformed Church. It was a way of celebrating our link which has gone from strength to strength. Fascinating displays showed the many projects including the new school classrooms. Wonderful drawings done by children in both Téréli and Burley were on display as well as many Dogon artefacts. There was much information about the Joliba Trust who have enabled us to reach out to the Dogon region. It was possible for local groups to see how their support has been used. There were fairtrade refreshments and calendars, cards etc. were sold.
A quiz proved to be particularly helpful when Year 6 from Burley and Woodhead Primary School came.
